Enchantment mantainance - Guild Wars Forums

So i went inside glint's challeng with my perma and a monk hero... i wanted to use the new tactic .
i cast life bond with my monk on me but as soon as it comes up in my bar then it goes away . My monk hero cant mantain enchantments on me !
any ideas?

you need to disable skill slot so hero won't use it : he won't remove the enchantment

Hero's won't maintain enchantments unless in combat - once out of combat they will stop maintaining the enchantments.

To have them use these type of enchantments you need to open their skill bar from the party list, disable the enchantment you want them to maintain.. and then select the target for the enchantment and manually cast it. The hero will then cast the enchantment and maintain it as they are prevented from touching this skill - it does mean if the enchantment is ever removed.. you will need to manually re-cast it again.
